Organizers and businesses are responsible for keeping the information they submit accurate and current.

Families should review current details, qualifications, policies, costs, safety information, and availability before registering, visiting, or making a purchase.

We plan to begin our regional launch in the Helena and Bozeman areas in mid-to-late August 2026, as they are both the co-founder's local communities.

From there, we will gradually expand into additional Montana regions.

Because launch dates may shift as we test and improve the platform, we will share confirmed regional updates through our website, email list, and social media.

We want Leeloh to be useful from the moment families begin exploring.

That means building both sides of the platform at the same time:

By focusing on one region at a time, we can build that density rather than opening everywhere with too little content or too few visitors.

Our goal is not simply to launch quickly. It is to create a resource that families, organizers, and businesses genuinely find valuable.

Yes. Organizers and businesses from other areas may create profiles, publish listings, and request to join The Leeloh List.

Their information can still appear on the platform. However, Leeloh’s initial family outreach, marketing, and community-building efforts will be concentrated in Helena and Bozeman.

This means listings outside the current focus areas may receive fewer views until Leeloh begins actively growing that region.

It does not mean that the region is closed or that listings from that area are not allowed.

It simply means Leeloh is not yet concentrating its regional marketing and family outreach there. Families may still search the area, and organizers may still create listings.

As we expand, we will work to build both family participation and local listings in that region so the platform becomes more useful for everyone.

The Leeloh List is a curated guide to family-serving businesses, organizations, services, and places. Think pediatricians, family photographers, youth or family retail stores, tutors, counselors, etc. 

For example, a summer camp would be an activity listing. The organization offering the camp may also be eligible to appear on The Leeloh List.

Yes. Organizers may be included when their organization, services, or location are a helpful ongoing resource for families.

Creating an activity listing may also help families discover the organization behind it, but inclusion in the curated Leeloh List is reviewed separately.

Yes. Creating a profile and publishing standard listings is free.

Optional premium tools, registration features, payment processing, fundraising, advertising, and promotional opportunities may have additional fees.

Yes. Organizers and businesses from any region may create profiles and publish listings.

However, Leeloh’s first major family outreach and regional marketing efforts will focus on Helena and Bozeman to start. Listings in other areas may receive fewer views until we begin actively growing those regions.

We want to be transparent about this so organizers can make informed decisions about when and how they use Leeloh.

Our goal is to enter each region with enough content and awareness for Leeloh to be useful to both families and listing providers.

Businesses and organizations may request consideration, but submitting a request does not guarantee inclusion.

Leeloh reviews each request based on its relevance to families, the information provided, the community served, and how well it fits the purpose of the guide.

Yes. Organizers can subscribe to Leeloh’s premium tools to manage registrations, payments, rosters, messaging, reports, and receipts in one place.

Premium tools cost $10 per month or $100 per year.

Creating a profile and publishing standard listings will remain free. When payments are collected through Leeloh, the applicable transaction processing fee will also apply.

When an organizer uses Leeloh’s registration and payment tools, the planned processing fee is:

7% + $1 per transaction

Payments are processed through Stripe. Organizers may choose how those fees are handled based on the options available during setup.

Leeloh plans to offer optional premium tools for:

$10 per month or $100 per year

Premium tools may include additional organizer features beyond the free listing experience. Available tools and pricing should be confirmed on the current pricing page before subscribing.

Leeloh plans to offer fundraising campaign tools for organizations and individual participants.

The planned fundraising fee is 8%. Full details should be shown before a campaign is created.

Coming soon! Advertising and featured promotional opportunities are planned for a future phase.

These options will be designed for family-focused organizations, businesses, and community partners that want additional visibility.

The organizer or business is responsible for keeping dates, times, prices, availability, registration links, policies, and contact information accurate.

If an event is canceled or changed, the listing should be updated as quickly as possible.

No. Leeloh cannot guarantee a specific number of views, registrations, customers, or sales.

Visibility may depend on the region, timing, type of opportunity, listing quality, family interest, and the current size of the Leeloh community.

Our regional rollout is designed to improve the likelihood that listings and family traffic grow together.
